My culinary roots began in 2001 in the hamlet of Lake Clear as I transitioned from a young cook to top chef working my way through kitchens and furthering my culinary education locally at Paul Smiths College (08’) with a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management.
A well traveled Chef with over 20 years experience working at some of the best Country Inn’s and Restaurants has given me the best training. For the last 5 years I have performed as a Private Chef working at family camps, assisting with catered events and functions. This driving passion and discovery is what led me to offer my skills and services with MTN Chef Catering. I look forward to providing my food and becoming a part of your story.
